We are looking for a professional with at least two years of experience in trademark filing, prosecution, hearings, and oppositions. The ideal candidate should have exceptional English oral and written communication skills.
The role of the Trademark Associate is to provide sound legal advice and guidance on all aspects of the trademark process. The successful candidate will be responsible for the filing, prosecution, hearings and oppositions of trademark applications, as well as providing clients with advice and guidance on trademark registration, assignment, and licensing.
The Trademark Associate must have an in-depth knowledge of the trademark and copyright laws of India. The successful candidate will be required to conduct comprehensive research on companies and products, to provide clients with the best trademark advice and inputs.
The Trademark Associate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. The successful applicant will be expected to provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients.
