Gaurav Mishra is an Associate Partner at BananaIP Counsels, a premier IP law firm. He is a registered patent, design and trademark attorney and practices before the Indian IP office. Gaurav holds a dual bachelor’s degree in biotechnology engineering and law. He completed his Post graduation in Intellectual Property law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.

Gaurav is primarily involved in drafting and filing patent, design and Trademark applications with IP offices across the world. He also works on building strategic engagements with other attorneys around the world to cater to the international patent, design and trademark practice of the firm. Over the years, Gaurav has worked with several large companies, educational institutions, individual inventors as well as start-ups on IP related matters ranging from filing and prosecution to maintenance and portfolio management. He has also helped clients manage their patent, design and trademark portfolios in foreign jurisdictions ranging from the US, LATAM regions, Europe, Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.
