Apple Loses against WARF in Patent Lawsuit

The Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) won against Apple Inc. when it was found by federal jury that Apple has incorporated the technology of WARF’s patent (U.S. Patent No. 5,781,752 (patent '752)) into the A7,A8 and A8X processors used in the iPhone 5s, 6, and 6 Plus.
