Four giants of manga publishing, Kodansha, Shueisha, Shogakukan, and Kadokawa, have filed a lawsuit in the Tokyo District Court against American web infrastructure company Cloudflare for infringing their copyright by hosting sites that distribute pirated manga on its servers.
